Shipping Policies


At Quaker Millwork, we stand behind the quality of our product. We carefully inspect each shipment before it leaves our warehouse. In the rare event that you may receive defective merchandise, please contact us at (716) 662-3388 or by email and, in most cases, we can ship a replacement piece to you instead of reshipping the whole order - this saves you time and aggravation. Any items that are returned to us that have been damaged due to negligence during assembly or installation will have a surcharge attached that could amount to the retail price of the piece - please be careful during assembly. Call us if you need extra help.

We usually ship out via USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Also, not all items posted can be shipped internationally. Please contact us first if you have a question regarding if an item can be shipped internationally. If you place your order, and we cannot ship your item internationally, we will cancel your order.

 

Product Information


In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be items that are stored as regular stock items in our warehouse. Items not stored at the Quaker Millwork facility will be ordered directly from the manufacturer or appropriate distributor.

 

Order Cancellation


Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after placement without incurring any charges. However, due to processing fees, a 5% cancellation charge will occur after the 24-hour period.

 

Returns and Exchanges


Items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways when returning an item. There is a 20% (of the retail price) restocking fee for any items that are returned to us. Returned items MUST be shipped in their original packaging. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You must call us for shipping instructions - any shipment that arrives without prior authorization will be refused and returned to you.

 

Lead Times


Delivery can take anywhere from 3-14 business days once you place your order. If your item is not in stock, back ordered, or there is a problem with your order or, we will notify you. 

Please inspect your shipment carefully. Call us if anything seems damaged and mark on the shipping invoice anything out of the ordinary.
